I wont be able to attend this trip as ill be at my nieces birthday party in New Hampshire. I'm including the directions to the mine that Todd posted on Facebook. DIRECTIONS: from Rosies rock shop at Coos Canyon drive 8.3 miles west on 17 and take a left onto the dirt road there (which is at the top of the mountain; if you drive a few hundred ft past the road you will see the Beaver Pond next to the highway....you,ve gone too far). Drive exactly 2 miles down the dirt road to the very end where our camp site is. We start hiking up around 9 AM so come early; the gate will be open.
