First off, we're having a Potluck and rock swap instead of our traditional cookout. It'll take place at Bethel Outdoor Adventures on Saturday September 14th at 5 pm. If interested please bring a dish for everyone to enjoy and some rocks to swap or sell.
Secondly, the Tailgate Sale at the Havey will be held on September 21st from 9am to 4pm. Miners from all across Maine and beyond will be there showing and selling gems, minerals, jewelry and there will be food to keep you going. There will be door prizes and Jeff will be giving tours of the Havey. (sorry no collecting just looking)
Lastly, we still have some open spots for the Emmons on the 22nd and the night dig at the Bennett on October 12th. If interested in either trip contact me so I can sign you up.
